Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (GMDC) has informed the stock exchanges that Prof. Shailesh Gandhi has completed his tenure as an Independent Director on December 31, 2025. He has ceased to be a member of the Board of Directors of the company upon completion of his two consecutive terms. The company has officially intimated this cessation of tenure to the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
