Prism Johnson Limited announced today, December 18, 2025, that its Board of Directors has approved the sale of its office premises located at Windsor, 7th Floor, CST Road, Kalina, Vidyanagari, Santacruz (East), Mumbai - 400098. The sale also includes the terrace area and designated car parking space. The property has been sold on an ‘as is where is’ basis to M/s Windsor Realty Private Limited, a related party of the Company. The total consideration for this transaction is ₹165.91 Crores. The Sale Deed is expected to be executed on or before December 31, 2025, with the completion of the sale also anticipated by the same date. Windsor Realty Private Limited is an entity in which Mr. Akshay Raheja, a Director of Prism Johnson Limited, holds directorship and shares, and Mr. Rajan Raheja, a relative of Mr. Akshay Raheja, is also involved. The transaction has been confirmed as a related party transaction and is stated to be conducted at an arm's length. The Board of Directors' meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 10:30 a.m.
