Prism Johnson Limited has announced a change in its senior management personnel. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, through a circular resolution passed on December 31, 2025, has designated Mr. Anil Madlani as Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Madlani, who is the Senior Vice President – Morbi Operations, will assume this role effective January 1, 2026. He replaces Mr. Rajshekhar Shettar, who has ceased to be Senior Management Personnel upon demitting his office due to attaining the age of superannuation at the close of business hours on December 31, 2025. Mr. Anil Madlani, aged 51, brings over 29 years of experience in the cement and building materials industry. He holds an MBA from Indira Gandhi Open University and a BE in Industrial from L.E. College, Saurashtra University, Morbi. His career includes senior leadership positions at Prism Cement Limited, L&T Cement, Binani Cement Limited, and Orient Cement Limited. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President & Head – Central Procurement at Orient Cement Limited, overseeing procurement with an annual spend of approximately ₹1,800 crore. His expertise spans operations, procurement, commercial, and supply chain functions, with a focus on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
