Prestige Group, via its joint venture Canopy Living LLP with Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited, has entered into an Agreement to Sell for a 16.38-acre land parcel in Padi, Chennai.

The strategically located land is in close proximity to Anna Nagar, a prime residential area known for its social infrastructure and connectivity. This acquisition aligns with Prestige Group's strategy to expand its footprint in key urban locations while adhering to disciplined capital allocation.

Prestige Group remains focused on identifying suitable land acquisition opportunities in major markets to fuel its future residential and mixed-use development projects. The company has a significant track record, having delivered 310 projects totaling 202 million sq. ft. and maintaining a pipeline of 130 projects spanning 199 million sq. ft. as of September 2025.
