Prestige Estates Projects Limited has announced the incorporation of two new entities, Stellar Builder Dynamics LLP and Stellar Envision LLP, as its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Both LLPs were incorporated on January 8, 2026, and are set up to carry on the business of real estate development.

Each LLP has an initial contribution of ₹1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh) for 100% partnership interest, directly and indirectly held by Prestige Estates Projects Limited. As these entities have just been incorporated, their size and turnover are not applicable as they are yet to commence business operations. These incorporations are considered related party transactions as they are wholly-owned subsidiaries.

No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for these incorporations, and there is no indicative timeline for completion as the process is already complete with incorporation.
