Premier Polyfilm Limited announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 12, 2026.

For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, the company reported total income of ₹897.6 crore, a significant increase from ₹705.3 crore in the same period last year. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹92.8 crore, compared to ₹66.7 crore in the prior year's third quarter. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was ₹0.89.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, total income was ₹2,188.6 crore, and profit after tax was ₹231.0 crore. The EPS for the nine-month period was ₹2.22.

The company's auditors, Mars & Associates, have carried out a limited review of these financial results.
