Mr. Agarwalla cited other professional commitments and extensive travel leading to an inability to devote sufficient time to the company as the reasons for his resignation. His resignation letter, dated January 8, 2026, was received by the company on January 12, 2026. He will also cease to be a member of any Board committees.

The company has confirmed that Mr. Agarwalla's resignation letter does not contain any other material reasons beyond those stated. Mr. Agarwalla was initially appointed to the Board on May 28, 2019.
