Premier Energies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons as per the company's Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is in anticipation of the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of these results in due course.
