Precision Wires India Limited has announced that it has received the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification for the manufacturing of Copper Wire Rods in accordance with IS 12444. This certification applies to the company's plant located in Valvada, Valsad, Gujarat. The company is still awaiting the formal copy of the BIS Certificate. Commercial production and dispatch of these Copper Wire Rods are expected to commence very soon, before the end of the current financial year. These rods will be utilized for captive consumption by the company.
