Praxis Home Retail Limited has announced the discontinuation of operations at two of its store locations: Gachibowli in Hyderabad and Rajarhat in Kolkata. The Gachibowli store ceased operations and is expected to be vacated by January 15, 2026, with its contribution to FY25 revenue being ₹3.17 crore (2.66%). The Rajarhat store also stopped operations and will be vacated by January 30, 2026, having contributed ₹8.90 crore (7.48%) to FY25 revenue. The company cited operational unviability as the reason for closure for both stores.

In a separate development, BSE Limited has imposed a fine of ₹3,60,000 on Praxis Home Retail Limited for the delayed submission of listing approval for equity shares allotted pursuant to the conversion of warrants. The company stated that the delay was inadvertent and unintentional. The delay of 17 days occurred because the company approached BSE for listing approval on December 17, 2025, instead of the stipulated deadline of November 30, 2025, following the allotment of shares on November 10, 2025.
