Praxis Home Retail Limited has issued a newspaper publication regarding the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 06, 2026. This notice, along with the schedule for remote e-voting, has been sent to shareholders. The company is proposing to pass a resolution through postal ballot, exclusively via electronic voting (remote e-voting), in accordance with Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant rules and SEBI regulations.
