Prakash Industries Limited has announced that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, through an Order dated 16th January, 2026, has stayed the impugned judgement that was passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Delhi High Court on 17th October, 2025.

This development is a continuation of the company's earlier disclosure dated 08th November, 2025. The company has provided the details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with relevant circulars, in Annexure I. A copy of the Supreme Court's Order dated 16th January, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure II for reference.
