The aggregate holding of the Promoter and Promoter group remains unchanged post this transaction.
The company has submitted the necessary disclosures under Regulation 10(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, along with proof of payment of application fees of ₹1,50,000 to SEBI. The acquisition was made in reliance upon the exemption provided for in regulation 10(1)(a)(ii).
