Popular Vehicles and Services Limited announced that its wholly-owned material subsidiary, Popular Mega Motors (India) Private Limited, through its 100% subsidiary Imperion Cars Private Limited, has executed an Asset Purchase Agreement with Olympus Motors Private Limited. The agreement, signed on December 31, 2025, involves the purchase and acquisition of assets used in or related to the operations of Audi Dealerships on a going concern and asset-by-asset basis.

The acquired assets are estimated to generate annual revenue in the range of ₹120-150 crore. This strategic acquisition is expected to expand the Group's presence in the luxury segment and marks its entry into the State of Andhra Pradesh. Olympus Motors Private Limited, incorporated in 2007, operates as an authorized dealer for Audi India in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh through five locations.

The acquisition involves a cash consideration of ₹9.75 crore (Rupees Nine Crore Seventy Five Lakhs Only). The transaction is not a related party transaction, and the promoters/promoter group of the buyer company have no interest in the said transaction. The acquisition is expected to be completed immediately, subject to the satisfaction of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
