Polycab India Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 16, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports from B S R & Co. LLP.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Manju Agarwal as an Independent Director for a second term of two years, commencing January 19, 2026, to January 18, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. Furthermore, Mr. Bharat A. Jaisinghani and Mr. Nikhil R. Jaisinghani have been redesignated from Executive Directors to Joint Managing Directors, effective January 16, 2026, for the remainder of their current tenure until May 12, 2026. They will also be appointed as Joint Managing Directors for a further period of five years from May 13, 2026, to May 12, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
