Poddar Pigments Limited has submitted a Confirmation Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as amended. This certificate pertains to the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

The certificate was issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. They confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories. Furthermore, they verified that the securities comprised in these certificates are listed on the stock exchanges where the company's earlier issued securities are listed.

MUFG Intime India Private Limited also confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialisation were mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant. Subsequently, the name of the depositories has been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the prescribed timelines.
