Poddar Housing and Development Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The decision to close the trading window is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The Board of Directors will convene a meeting to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the aforementioned period. All designated persons, including Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), their relatives, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and senior managerial personnel, as well as any other individuals who may have access to insider information, are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during the closure period.
