Firstly, concerning the signing of the financial results, PNB Housing Finance explained that on October 27, 2025, the company lacked a regular chairperson or a whole-time director. The Managing Director & CEO was on leave. Consequently, as per the Board of Directors' authorizations under listing regulations, the results were signed by Dr. T M Bhasin, an Independent Director.

Secondly, regarding XBRL discrepancies, the company stated that Standalone Integrated Financials XBRL, along with the statement of Related Party Transactions, was filed with NSE and BSE on October 27, 2025. Consolidated Integrated Financials XBRL was filed with BSE on the same date. The omission of Consolidated Integrated Financials XBRL filing on NSE was an inadvertent error, which has since been rectified and submitted via NEAPS App. No.134571. PNB Housing Finance assured that it has been compliant with listing regulations and requested the Consolidated Integrated Financials XBRL to be taken on record, pledging to be more cautious in the future.
