PNB Housing Finance Limited announced that Mr. Ajai Kumar Shukla has assumed charge as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the company, effective December 18, 2025. His appointment is for a period of 5 years and was approved by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, following the receipt of requisite regulatory approvals. Mr. Shukla is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in housing and mortgage lending. He joins PNB Housing Finance from Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, where he held a senior leadership role for 16 years. His extensive experience includes leading critical functions such as business growth, credit, risk management, valuation, digital transformation, and affordable housing finance. Prior to his tenure at Tata Capital, he was associated with ICICI Bank and LIC Housing Finance Limited. Shri. D.
