The rating for the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) program has been reaffirmed and assigned at CRISIL AA+/Stable. This rating signifies a high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations and very low credit risk. The NCD program amount has been enhanced to ₹1,000 Crores from ₹100 Crores. The rating letters from CRISIL, dated December 18, 2025, provide details on the rating actions and the validity period for placing the instruments.
