Pidilite Industries Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter and year-to-date period ending December 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue growth of 10.2% for Q3 FY26, reaching ₹3,699 crore, compared to ₹3,357 crore in the previous year. EBITDA margin improved to 24.2% from 23.8% in Q3 FY25. For the standalone entity, net sales grew by 11.0% to ₹3,425 crore, with EBITDA at ₹840 crore, a 12.1% increase. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the standalone entity stood at ₹601 crore, up 12.5% year-on-year. The Consumer and Bazaar (C&B) segment showed a Unique Volume Growth (UVG) of 9.7%, contributing significantly to the overall performance. The Business to Business (B2B) segment recorded a UVG of 7.4%, although export UVG declined by 28.8%. Gross margins improved to 55.7% due to lower input prices. Staff costs saw an increase of 21.6% due to a one-time provision for gratuity and leave encashment. Year-to-date, consolidated revenue grew by 10.2% to ₹10,982 crore, with EBITDA margin at 24.5%. The company also highlighted new product innovations, including YUDU art solutions and a liquid screed additive, alongside various marketing initiatives and award recognitions for its campaigns and packaging.
