PI Industries Limited has announced a significant change in its senior management team, with the appointment of Ms. Kamali Rajesh as the new Global Chief People Officer (Global CPO). This appointment is effective from January 19, 2026.

Consequently, Mr. Balasubramaniam Aiyaswamy, who previously held the position of Chief People Officer (CPO), will cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, also effective January 19, 2026.

Ms. Kamali Rajesh brings over 25 years of global human resources experience across various sectors including engineering, automotive, agritech, IT, and business services. She has held senior HR leadership roles in companies like Syngenta Group and Ford Motor Company, with experience spanning Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Madras University.
