PI Industries Limited has announced a key change in its senior management team, appointing Ms. Kamali Rajesh as the new Global Chief People Officer (Global CPO) effective January 19, 2026.

Consequently, Mr. Balasubramaniam Aiyaswamy will cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel in his role as Chief People Officer (CPO) from the same date.

Ms. Rajesh, 52, brings over 25 years of extensive global experience in Human Resources across Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa. She has a proven track record in driving transformation, performance, and growth through strategic HR leadership roles in diverse sectors including engineering, automotive, agritech, IT, and business services. Most recently, she served as Global Head of People & Organisation Development at Syngenta Group, where she focused on enhancing engagement, inclusion, leadership effectiveness, and organizational agility. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, overseeing HR for Asia Pacific and Africa. Ms. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Madras University and possesses a global perspective, having lived and worked in seven countries.
