* PI Industries Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Prashant Hegde, CEO - AgChem Brands and a Senior Management Personnel, due to personal reasons. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on November 21, 2025. To ensure strategic continuity, Mr. Jagresh Rana, Global Ag-CEO, has been entrusted with the oversight of the AgChem Brands function as an additional responsibility. He is designated as Senior Management Personnel with effect from November 22, 2025. Mr. Rana, 55, currently serves as the Global Head of Biologicals business. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Sc. (Ag Hons), with over 30 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
