Physicswallah Limited (PWL) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Penpencil Edu Services Private Limited ("Penpencil"), has executed a Sale Deed on January 17, 2026, for the acquisition of land measuring 1.16 acres in Ranchi. This acquisition, situated in Village - Tupudana, District Ranchi, is part of Penpencil's approved expansion strategy and is a continuation of the fund infusion of approximately ₹400 crore previously announced on December 8, 2025.

The transaction value for the land is ₹38,00,00,000 (Thirty-Eight Crore Rupees), excluding transfer and other applicable charges and duties. Penpencil may acquire additional land parcels from the infused funds as part of its strategic investments. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
