Physicswallah Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Penpencil Edu Services Private Limited, has executed a Sale Deed for the acquisition of land. The land, measuring 1.76 acres, is situated in Village - Tupudana, District Ranchi. The acquisition is intended to support the future expansion of the company's business. The transaction value for the land is ₹69,49,72,800 (Sixty-Nine Crore Forty-Nine Lakh Seventy-Two Thousand Eight Hundred), excluding transfer and other applicable charges and duties. The Sale Deed was executed on December 23, 2025, between Sri Sudhir Kumar Tiwary and Sri Vedaant Tiwary as sellers and Penpencil Edu Services Private Limited as the buyer. The land is free from all encumbrances, charges, mortgages, attachments, lispendens, demand, liens, and trusts.
