PG Electroplast Limited, through its step-down subsidiary Next Generation Manufacturers Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of a 72-acre land parcel in Kamargaon, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. This acquisition marks a significant expansion in the state and is the first phase of a greenfield project. The company had previously entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Maharashtra on August 30, 2025, to invest ₹1000 crores in this project.
