Pfizer Limited has announced several changes in its Senior Management Personnel, effective February 1, 2026. Mr. Nilesh Pendse has been appointed as the Category Lead – Vaccines. He joins Pfizer from Pfizer Products India Private Limited, where he led the Oncology Business. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and Novartis, and has a background in consulting with firms like Boston Consulting Group, Ernst & Young, and Accenture. Mr. Pendse holds an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Concurrently, Mr. Manikantan Seshadrinathan, who was the Category Lead for Hospitals & Rare Disease, will transition to another role within the Pfizer Group Companies and will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of Pfizer Limited effective January 31, 2026.

Additionally, Mr. Prashant Mahalingam, Category Lead – Internal Medicine, will assume expanded responsibilities, taking on the Hospitals Business. He will be redesignated as Category Lead – Internal Medicine & Hospitals, effective February 1, 2026. His profile was previously disclosed to the stock exchanges on November 5, 2024.
