Petronet LNG Limited announced the voting results of a postal ballot conducted via notice dated December 6, 2025. The e-voting period, which commenced on December 12, 2025, concluded on January 10, 2026. The company has received the Scrutinizer's Report dated January 12, 2026, regarding the voting on two ordinary resolutions.

The first resolution, to approve the extension of tenure for Shri Akshay Kumar Singh, Managing Director & CEO, from February 1, 2026, to May 12, 2027, as a one-off final extension, was passed with an overwhelming majority. Out of the total votes polled, 98.5456% were in favor, with only 1.4544% against.

The second resolution, to approve the extension of tenure for Shri Pramod Narang, Director (Technical), for a further period of two years from November 26, 2025, to November 25, 2027, as a one-off final extension, was also passed. Votes in favor constituted 81.9375% of the total votes polled, while 18.0625% were against.

Both resolutions were passed by the requisite majority on January 10, 2026. The voting results are also available on the company's website and the NSDL e-voting platform.
