Persistent Systems Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, following approval from the Board of Directors at a meeting held on January 20, 2026.

For the third quarter of FY26, the company reported consolidated revenue of $422.5 million, marking a 17.3% year-on-year growth. In INR terms, the revenue was ₹37,782.1 million, with a 23.4% year-on-year increase. The Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) stood at ₹5,427.5 million, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹5,649.9 million and Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹4,394.5 million. The company noted a one-time impact of approximately 2.3% on EBIT and 1.8% on PAT due to the New Labour Codes.

The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹22 per share for the Financial Year 2025-2026. Sandeep Kalra, CEO and Executive Director, highlighted the company's 23rd consecutive quarter of revenue growth and an EBIT margin of 16.7% (excluding the one-time impact). He emphasized sustained demand for data, cloud, and digital engineering, and the company's focus on larger, more complex engagements. The order booking for the quarter was $674.5 million in Total Contract Value (TCV) and $501.9 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
