Persistent Systems Limited announced that the customary closing conditions for the transfer of 100% shareholding of Aepona Group Limited, Ireland, from its wholly-owned subsidiary Persistent Systems Inc., USA, to Persistent Systems Limited, India, have been met as of December 23, 2025. As a result of fulfilling these conditions, Aepona Group Limited, Ireland, has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Persistent Systems Limited, effective December 23, 2025. This update follows an earlier intimation provided by the company on December 6, 2025. The announcement is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
