One 97 Communications Limited (Paytm) has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of a 100% stake in Fincollect Services Private Limited from Urja Money Private Limited. This transaction, effective January 13, 2026, makes Fincollect Services a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Paytm.

Additionally, further to a prior communication dated December 22, 2025, Paytm Cloud Technologies Limited (PCTL) has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Luxembourg named "Paytm Europe Payments S.A.". This incorporation took place on January 12, 2026, with PCTL subscribing to 30,000 equity shares of EURO 1 each in the new entity.
