One 97 Communications Limited (Paytm) has approved arrangements for providing Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) of up to ₹90 crore with each of its lending partners. This decision, made on June 04, 2026, aligns with the company's existing loan distribution business and the applicable regulatory framework. The DLG will be provided to lending partners like Muthoot Fincorp Limited and Kisetsu Saison Finance (India) Private Limited, in the form of Fixed Deposits or Bank Guarantees, to cover potential losses on loans disbursed by them. In a separate development, Mr. Ashit Ranjit Lilani has withdrawn his consent for reappointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term, effective July 05, 2026.
