This closure is effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The decision is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. All Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the company's securities during this period.
