Patanjali Foods Limited (the Company) has announced the closure of its trading window from Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. During this period, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons are prohibited from trading (buy/sell/pledge) in the securities and derivatives of the Company. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial results will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course, adhering to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
