Paradeep Phosphates Limited announced an upgrade in its credit ratings by ICRA Limited, effective January 27, 2026. The long-term fund-based facilities, including cash credit and term loans, have been upgraded from [ICRA]A+ with a rating watch developing implications to [ICRA]AA- with a stable outlook. The total amount for both these instruments is ₹6,000 crore (₹3,000 crore each). Furthermore, the short-term non-fund based facilities (Others) and commercial paper have been upgraded from [ICRA]A1 with a rating watch developing implications to [ICRA]A1+. The amount for short-term non-fund based facilities is ₹11,200 crore, and for commercial paper, it is ₹300 crore. This upgrade signifies improved financial stability and creditworthiness of the company.
