Paisalo Digital Limited has announced the partial redemption of its Unsecured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has opted for the call option to redeem 10 NCDs from Series PDL-09-2023. The total amount redeemed aggregates to ₹1 crore. These redeemed debentures have an actual maturity date of September 02, 2033. The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
