Oswal Pumps Limited has received a Letter of Empanelment from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for an additional 6,500 Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS). This contract, valued at approximately ₹180 Crore including GST, is part of the PM Kusum B Scheme “Magel Tyala Saur Krishi Pump” Yojana. The scope of work involves the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of SPWPS of 3HP, 5HP, and 7.5HP capacities. The company will also provide a complete system warranty, repair and maintenance, and a Remote Monitoring System (RMS) for 5 years. The Letter of Empanelment is valid for one year, with installation to be completed within 60 days from the date of issuance of the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT)/Work Order/ Joint Site Readiness (JSR) approval. This award follows a previous communication from Oswal Pumps on December 11, 2025. The company confirmed that there are no promoter or group company interests in MSEDCL and that the contract is not a related party transaction.
