Oswal Pumps Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Award from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL) for the supply and installation of 214 Surface Solar Agriculture Pumps and 3,049 Submersible Solar Agriculture Pump Sets across Karnataka, under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme.

The total value of this order, inclusive of GST, is approximately ₹119.92 Crore. The scope of work involves the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of these solar agricultural pumps, including a five-year warranty, repair, and maintenance, along with a Remote Monitoring System (RMS).

The installation and commissioning, along with RMS integration and document submission, are to be completed by March 31, 2026. The contract period extends up to five years from the date of installation and commissioning of the last pump.

Vivek Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of Oswal Pumps Limited, stated that this order is a significant milestone for the company in Karnataka, marking its first major and comprehensive project in the state. He expressed confidence that the successful execution will strengthen their presence and facilitate deeper market penetration, leading to future opportunities. The order also highlights the company's capabilities in executing large-scale solar pumping projects, supported by its manufacturing, supply chain, and after-sales service network.
