Ortin Global Limited (formerly Ortin Laboratories Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025.
