Orissa Bengal Carrier Limited announced today, January 14, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the company's name to either "OBCL Limited" or "OBCL Logistics Limited", subject to approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and shareholders. The company will also seek consequential amendments to its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
