Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL), an associate company of The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

For the third quarter of FY2026, OHL reported a standalone revenue of ₹140.56 crore, marking a 15% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹43.35 crore, while the Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at ₹20.23 crore, reflecting a significant 45% growth over the previous year.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the company's standalone revenue reached ₹362.82 crore, with EBITDA at ₹99.81 crore and PAT at ₹41.60 crore.

Mr. Pramod Ranjan, Managing Director & CEO of Oriental Hotels Ltd., expressed optimism about the company's performance, stating, "The strong demand trend witnessed in our key markets of Chennai and Cochin will continue into the fourth quarter delivering a double-digit revenue growth for this fiscal."

Key highlights mentioned in the release include IHCL's iconic brand Taj being ranked as India's Strongest Brand 2025 and World's Strongest Hotel Brand 2025 by Brand Finance-UK, with OHL having three Taj branded hotels in its portfolio. Furthermore, OHL hotels achieved 61% renewable energy consumption under IHCL’s ESG+ framework of Paathya. Additionally, 'Southern Spice' and 'Golden Dragon' at Taj Coromandel received honors at the Hospitality Horizon Epicurean Restaurant Ratings 2025.
