The Kochi authority dropped proceedings related to a demand of ₹4,48,49,003 along with interest and penalty, initiated by a show cause notice dated June 28, 2025, concerning alleged short payment of GST due to misclassification of LED Goods. Similarly, the Jammu authority dropped proceedings related to a demand of ₹21,58,364 along with interest and penalty, based on a show cause notice dated June 26, 2025, for alleged short payment of GST on LED Goods.

In both instances, the company had filed comprehensive replies to the show cause notices. As a result of these replies, the proceedings have been dropped with NIL demand, meaning there will be no financial or operational impact on the company.
