Orient Ceratech Limited has announced the resignation of Mrs. Seema Sharma from her positions as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The resignation, submitted via a letter dated February 27, 2026, is effective from the closing hours of April 7, 2026. Mrs. Sharma is resigning to pursue better career opportunities outside the company. Consequently, she will also cease to be a Designated Person and a Key Managerial Person. The Board of Directors has expressed its appreciation for her valuable services during her tenure. The company has provided the necessary details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in Annexure 1.
