Orient Cement Limited has announced the shifting of its Registered Office from the State of Orissa to the State of Gujarat. This decision was approved by an Order dated December 18, 2025, from the Regional Director (Eastern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Kolkata, which was received by the company on December 19, 2025. The registered office will be relocated from its current address at Unit VIII, Plot No.7, Bhoinagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, 751012, to the new address at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, Near Vaishnodevi Circle, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad - 382421, Gujarat. The company will complete this relocation by filing the necessary e-forms on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal. This intimation is made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and follows up on a previous letter dated April 23, 2025, regarding the proposed shifting.
