Optiemus Infracom Limited announced that its Operations and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on December 27, 2025, approved the provision of a Corporate Guarantee to Axis Bank Limited. This guarantee is intended to secure credit facilities availed or to be availed by Optiemus Electronics Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. The meeting of the Operations and Administration Committee commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:55 P.M. on December 27, 2025. The Corporate Guarantee will be issued in favor of Axis Bank Limited to secure credit facilities amounting to ₹30 Crores for Optiemus Electronics Limited. The promoter or promoter group does not have any interest in this transaction, and the guarantee will be provided on an arm's length basis. The Corporate Guarantee will be treated as a contingent liability for Optiemus Infracom Limited.
