Onward Technologies Limited announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months of FY26, ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total revenue of ₹136.1 crore for Q3FY26, a 9.3% year-on-year growth. The EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at a record 14.6%.

For the nine months of FY26 (9MFY26), total revenue grew by 11.7% YoY to ₹411.8 crore. The EBITDA for 9MFY26 was ₹56.5 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 13.9%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3FY26 was ₹12.6 crore, a significant 109.0% increase YoY. PAT for 9MFY26 stood at ₹37.1 crore, showing a 122.5% YoY growth. The diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q3FY26 was ₹5.87.

Mr. Jigar Mehta, Managing Director, Onward Technologies, commented that the company delivered strong performance driven by disciplined execution and focused account management. He highlighted the addition of four new large clients and expressed confidence in achieving double-digit growth through FY26, supported by investments in client relationships and demand for digital engineering services. The company also made CAPEX investments of ₹18.6 crore so far this year and plans further investments across its geographies. Automation initiatives are expected to enhance operational efficiency and improve margins.
