The company reported an exceptional item of ₹3,155.0 lakhs related to the impact of new Labour Codes. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue was ₹40,673.70 lakhs (₹406.74 crore) and net profit was ₹3,477.21 lakhs (₹34.77 crore).

On a standalone basis, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹10,185.52 lakhs (₹101.86 crore) and net profit was ₹6,062.0 lakhs (₹60.62 crore). Total income was ₹10,404.16 lakhs (₹104.04 crore), and total expenses were ₹9,268.53 lakhs (₹92.69 crore). The standalone net profit before tax was ₹82,013 lakhs (₹820.13 crore), with an exceptional item of ₹3,155.0 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue was ₹31,342.72 lakhs (₹313.43 crore) and net profit was ₹2,568.23 lakhs (₹25.68 crore).

The limited review report from BSR & Co. LLP stated that nothing had come to their attention to indicate that the accompanying financial statements, prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34, contained any material misstatement. The report also noted that financial information from three subsidiaries, totaling ₹505.00 lakhs in revenue and ₹82.97 lakhs in net profit for the quarter, had not been reviewed but was not considered material to the Group.
