Onward Technologies Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 16, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. These results were reviewed by the statutory auditors, M/s BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants.

The Board Meeting commenced at 11:40 AM and concluded at 12:30 PM. The financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The limited review report indicated that based on the review, there were no material misstatements identified in the accompanying financial statements. The consolidated financial results included information from seven subsidiaries: Onward Technologies Inc, Onward Technologies GmbH, Onward Technologies B.V., Onward Technologies Canada Inc., OT Park Private Limited, Onward Technologies Employee Welfare Trust, and the Parent company itself. The standalone results also incorporated interim financial information from an ESOP trust.
