According to Para 33 of Ind AS 108, entities must report geographical information, including revenues attributed to their country of domicile and all foreign countries. If revenues from an individual foreign country are material, they should be disclosed separately, along with the basis for attribution. Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement (LODR) regulations, specifically Schedule IV, PART A (Regulation 33(1)(e)], Clause L, also mandate segment reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Onward Technologies stated that its financial results submitted on October 17, 2025, included all required information in compliance with accounting standards. The disclosure of geographical information is consistent with both LODR and Ind AS 108, given the company operates under a single reportable segment. The company also confirmed that its XBRL filing with SEBI appropriately reflects the single-segment structure.
